Mr. Mohy is a board member and head of audit committee. He is also a member of the Egyptian Association of Accountants and Auditors. Mr Mohy is a graduate of the Faculty of Commerce at Helwan University in the Arab Republic of Egypt, he has extensive experience in the fields of financial accounting and legal auditing.
