You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Areeb Capital and you for any purpose concerning this Site or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in Saudi Arabia.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Areeb Capital, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Use. Any action against Areeb Capital must be brought within six (6) months after the cause of action arises. Areeb Capital is not responsible for delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
